Online registration enables new clients to enter their contact, pet and routine data at their own convenience and saves you time keying in this information. You can also choose which areas of client information are available to be viewed and/or updated in the Client Portal.

 

There are 3 simple steps to making online registration available:

  • Add a button to your website, with a link to your client portal registration page.

  • Ensure that your terms and conditions are in place in Client Portal Settings in Pet Sitter Plus. This is optional, but is recommended so that your clients can read and agree to them before they complete their registration.

  • Enter the preferred text for your welcome message, which will be displayed when a new client completes their registration. You can enter your welcome message in Client Portal Settings in Pet Sitter Plus.
