< Account Summary and Making Payments < Can I Change the Wording on the Account Summary Screen?

 

 

 

Navigation: ADMIN > SETTINGS > choose Invoicing from the sub menu

You can change the wording that appears above and below the list of invoices on the account summary screen to display your own business introductory paragraph and your own payment instructions to your clients.

 

1. Account Summary Narrative (Top)

 

  • Scroll down to the option for "Account Summary Narrative (Top)"

  • Enter your text as you want it to appear on the Account Summary screen and on the downloadable PDF

  • Note that some merge codes will work here

2. Account Summary Narrative (Bottom)

 

  • Scroll down to the option for "Account Summary Narrative (Bottom)"

  • Enter your text as you want it to appear on the Account Summary screen and on the downloadable PDF
